Requirements:

Matriculation certificate
National Diploma (NQF 6) in ICT or related field
No prior experience required

Duties:

Responding to user requests for service and troubleshooting problems
Assisting in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software
Recording activities, solutions, and responses to service requests
Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes
Assisting in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees

Requirements:
