Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient business processes, optimal integration of processes, people, and technology, and supporting initiatives around process implementation and re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide training and facilitation support for process implementation and changes
– Coordinate and facilitate workshops and initiatives to identify improvement opportunities

– Provide training and knowledge transfer for new processes and methodologies
– Facilitate cross-functional staff training in approved methodologies and problem-solving skills

– Book training venues and catering, and track attendance and feedback
– Facilitate process design, improvement, and maintenance among role-players and stakeholders
– Compile and implement standardized business process improvement methodologies

– Conduct process optimization and design initiatives
– Identify and address process bottlenecks and operational value chain issues
– Define process performance criteria and requirements
– Participate in business efficiency improvement forums and change initiatives
– Interact and network with management teams, business analysts, and project managers

– Support identification of business process scope and life cycle
– Apply Industrial/Systems Engineering principles in process constraints and opportunity identifications
– Build working relationships with project teams and stakeholders
– Manage a centralized process and knowledge management repository

Requirements:

– Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in process administration, business analysis, or related field

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping tools

Job Summary:

The Remote Mobile Asset Consultant plays a vital role in driving sales growth and enhancing service delivery competitiveness. Working remotely from Kimberley, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering collaborative sales activities, and managing mobile banking vehicles. Your role will involve representing Absa in external sales engagements, identifying opportunities, and actively building networks and relationships within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Growth:

Achieve sales performance objectives in terms of volume and value targets.
Deliver sales and service targets within assigned areas.
Collaborate on sales opportunities across business disciplines.
Manage proactive calendar activities to support sales enablement.

Event Management and Vehicle Operations:

Coordinate event bookings for mobile vehicles.
Manage vehicle bookings and cash for ATMs prior to events.
Conduct site visits to ensure venue compliance and network coverage.
Provide technical support for vehicle equipment and onsite activities.

Vehicle Maintenance and Risk Management:

Ensure vehicle maintenance, including fueling and resolving minor problems.
Test and maintain functionality of onboard assets.
Adhere to health and safety policies and route planning guidelines.

Customer and Stakeholder Management:

Effectively transport and manage event bookings to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience.
Manage customer experience metrics and complaints effectively.

Colleague Support and Training:

Support team activations with digital and rewards activation.
Achieve digital sales targets and support migration targets.

Risk and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Apply effective governance and controls in sales execution and service delivery.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degrees or Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
