Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
• Ability to operate a photocopy machine
• Ability to work under pressure
• Sound interpersonal relations and good customer care
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Computer literacy
• Valid minimum code 08 driver’s license

Duties:

• Manage and operate photocopy machines
• Binding and laminating of documents
• Provide counter services and attend to counter queries
• Maintain an organized work environment
• Report any malfunctioning of photocopier machine
• Arrange for servicing and general maintenance of the machines
• Make requisition for photocopying materials
• Participate in activities in the information management department
• Support the vision and mission of the college
• Participate in various committees
• Adhere to the code of conduct
