Luqobo Makwedini, 20, reportedly passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest following a training session in France, where he was playing for AS Béziers.
The former SA Under-18 prop was regarded as one of South Africa’s promising rugby talents, with many paying tribute to his passion for the game.
