Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence by fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, valuing teamwork and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate accountability by assessing own performance, requesting training when needed, and finding innovative ways to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements, following established processes and procedures.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while addressing customer needs to exceed expectations.
- Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.
Key Duties:
- Resolve customer queries received through inbound calls.
- Provide product and service information to customers via inbound calls in the eBucks call centre.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matric.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Call Centre experience.
