Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is excited to announce Sales Learnership opportunities within its Commercial department.

Aimed at dynamic and talented young individuals across various regions in South Africa, this program offers a chance to develop essential skills in sales and marketing. Successful candidates will directly report to the Team Leader: Sales.

Key Purpose:

The Sales Learnership program aims to equip participants with fundamental skills in volume growth, order processing, and maintaining merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers in designated geographical areas.

Learners will work towards completing the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 Learnership.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Throughout the learnership, participants will gain exposure to:

  • Commercial aspects of the Sales environment
  • Customer Care and Management
  • Marketing Essentials
  • Merchandising Standards
  • Management Essentials
  • Communication

Skills, Experience & Education: Requirements for applicants include:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • Proficiency in two South African languages (minimum 40%)
  • Diploma/Degree advantageous
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • No previous completion of the same qualification/learnership elsewhere
  • South African Citizenship
  • Employment Equity candidate
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Age between 18-35 years
  • Commitment to a 12-month learnership program

General Information:

The learnership spans 12 months, during which participants must accumulate a minimum of 120 credits to qualify for the National Certificate: Marketing.

Interested individuals meeting the specified requirements should submit a detailed CV, certified copies of their matric certificate and qualification, as well as a copy of their Driver’s License.
