Job Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with clients to discern their needs and deliver services in accordance with Nedbank’s standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures when compiling client information for submission to Operations.
- Monitor internal processes and report on their effectiveness.
