Position Purpose:
This 12-month structured training program aims to cultivate a talent pool for essential roles within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT). Learners will be strategically placed within TPT based on their academic background, career goals, and organizational needs.

Position Outputs:

• Follow a structured training program
• Undergo performance reviews and assessments
• Fulfill all duties outlined in the development program and any reasonably required tasks by Transnet Port Terminals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 / Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent (Location: TPT Richards Bay Terminal)
• Completion of a Certificate program in logistics, operations management, or related fields is advantageous.
