Overview:
Capitec Bank is seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who share a passion for service in the banking industry.
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibilities include welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow through efficient queue management, providing excellent client service at ATMs, and completing transactions on remote or self-service channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate (No experience required)
- Ideal:
- At least 1 year’s client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes
Skills:
- Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Attention to Detail
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
