As an Administration Clerk, you play a crucial role in supporting the Packing department, ensuring the smooth operation of various clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and efficient individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and purchasing raw, packaging, and other materials.
• Capturing daily production data.
• Reconciling daily production with the Production Recording System (PRS) and Distribution receipts.
• Weekly reconciliation of production figures with the Finished Product (FP) and Benchmarking files.
• Investigating and rectifying variances identified during reconciliation processes.
• Monitoring packing material consumption and forecasting requirements.
• Reconciling packing material usage and maintaining stock control.
• Managing labor time control inputs on the SACO time & attendance system.
• Tracking and reporting on overtime vs. BCEA compliance.
• Capturing daily Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) stoppages.
• Analyzing and investigating OEE stoppages for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in a purchasing or planning environment.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Oracle.
