Every time the Nedbank Group, Ltd offers youthful graduates and jobless people from different communities in excess of 200 Nedbank Learnership programmes.
These Nedbank learnerships speak to the government’s National Chops Development Strategy to produce chops and ease poverty and severance.

SANLAM Learnership Programme 2023

The group consists of Nedbank Capital, Nedbank Corporate, Nedbank Business Banking, Nedbank Retail, Nedbank Wealth, and Central operation functions in support of frontline businesses( incorporating Rest of Africa). Services include Wholesale and Retail Banking Services, Insurance, Asset Management and Wealth Management.
The Nedbank Learnership is available to those who have the necessary qualifications and include the Environmental Education, Training and Development Practice( EETDP) Learnership and Chops Programme at NQF position 5, which is a registered qualification and can be set up on the SAQA website( Check the qualification on www.saqa.org.za). These accredited learnerships will take place in the agrarian, conservation, assiduity and original government sectors. Learnerships correspond of both theoretical and practical training which will be given at venues as stated by Nedbank. Learners will earn a yearly paycheck for the duration of the learnership.
The Information Technology Learnership Programme
This is issues- grounded literacy, and the learnership is grounded on a fairly binding contract between the learner, the employer, and the service provider.

Nedbank Learnerships Conditions
There are certain conditions for being accepted into this learnership

minimal Conditions
aspirants must have lately completed Matric( Grade 12), with Mathematics and English Level 4 or advanced( Advanced Grade? D? or Standard Grade? C?).
All must have SA Citizenship
aspirants mustn’t have a bad credit standing
You mustn’t have a feloniousrecord.However, you must give all the details when applying,( If you have a felonious case pending against you.)

Other Conditions
Campaigners must be willing to study and stay in the fiefdom in which the learnership is offered
aspirants must be preliminarily underprivileged
The ITBLP is aimed at furnishing full literacy for advanced Information and Communication Technology training to preliminarily underprivileged matriculants and graduates with a faculty for technology.
The ITBLP courseware includes specialization courses similar as System Development, COBOL, IBM Mainframe, Security, Web sphere, and Networking.

The nedbank Learnership Programme is for a period of two times( 24 months) and consists of
Proposition
About 50 of the training will correspond of proposition. This educational training will take place at an accredited venue that will be specified by Nedbank.

Theoretical training will take place over the first 12 months of the learnership
Successful Campaigners will be housed in hearthstone at the training provider while completing the academic element
Group Technology will pay for learners class freights, books, and domestic freights
Plant Training
The remaining 50 of the training will be a 12- month practical plant( on the- job) element

All learners will be placed in Group Technology where they will be handed with the occasion to virtually apply what they’ve learned on Lot
Learners will admit a yearly allowance for the duration of the learnership
