<p>We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in the Employee Service Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing super-user systems support and service delivery to HR and employees across all MTN ZA Legal Entities.</p>
<p>Key duties include administering employee benefits, supporting audit and compliance requests, and ensuring accurate employee data updates.</p>

<li>Collaborate with various HR departments to identify data and workflow enhancements.</li>

<p><strong>Database Administration and Compliance</strong></p>

<li>Maintain and ensure data integrity and accuracy of payroll-based employee records on the HCM Cloud.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly reconciliations for data capture.</li>
<li>Assist with data and compliance audit requests.</li>
<li>Manage payroll-based employee files on HCM Documents of Record.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Benefits Administration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain, update, and capture employee benefits on HCM Cloud accurately and promptly.</li>
<li>Coordinate with benefits providers for onboarding and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Verify accuracy and completeness of benefit documents.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly reconciliations of benefit processing.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Payroll Processing, Updating, and Reconciliation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Administer payroll elements on HCM Cloud for monthly processing.</li>
<li>Verify accuracy and completeness of payroll-related documents.</li>
<li>Support monthly payroll reconciliation.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Payroll team for accurate monthly payments.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Support and Customer Service</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and address ServiceNow tickets and requests via HCM Cloud daily.</li>
<li>Provide support to HR Administration on data and HCM Cloud systems queries.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Governance, Policies, and Procedures</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving escalations impacting service delivery.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and escalate issues affecting resources, cost, and productivity.</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p>Minimum Requirement: Matric Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience including:</p>

<li>HR Cloud systems experience, HCM Cloud advantageous</li>
<li>Understanding of HR workflow, policies, and processes</li>
<li>Basic level proficiency in MS Excel</li>
