Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent Certificate.
• Relevant qualification in Food Service Aid preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Food Service Department.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to perform routine tasks and operate kitchen equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Duties:

• Perform routine tasks and operate machinery in the Food Service unit.
• Prepare and serve food during meetings, exams, etc.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning dishes, pots, floors, etc.
• Manage food production, ordering, storage, and issuing.
• Assist with general tasks assigned by the supervisor.
