About the Role:

As a Sales Support employee at DSV, you will serve as a vital link between our field sales, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and our valued customers.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our dynamic sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing proactive and timely assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with our sales teams to manage pricing and service proposals effectively, aligning them with customer expectations and needs.
• Offering essential administrative support, including creating impactful presentations and standard operating procedures, to empower our outside sales team.
• Actively engaging in the qualification of sales leads and inquiries, contributing to the enhancement of our market share in the industry.
• Assisting customers with the usage of our MyDSV platform, addressing their questions and providing necessary training to ensure smooth interactions.
• Collaborating in the creation of new debtors and Master Data Management (MDM) activities to maintain accurate records and support financial operations.

What We Look For:

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience as a Freight Forwarder or Customer Service Agent (Sea/Air).
• Strong operational knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and networking skills, enabling you to build and maintain a network within the industry.
