– Follow up on late payment documents and ensure appropriate preventative action
– Prepare journals and reconcile all ECD centers paid quarterly
– Report financial misconduct as required by prescripts

– Ensure safekeeping of all transaction supporting documentation, files, and data for audit purposes
– Evaluate and maintain security measures
– Train, guide, supervise, and develop finance admin clerks in the sub-directorate
