About the Role:

The Learning and Development department at Capitec is seeking experienced Learning Consultants to spearhead the transformation of our learning solutions

As a Learning Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver world-class learning and development programs, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities include performance analysis, designing learning academies, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• 3 years of proven experience in Learning Design and Facilitation
• Proficiency in planning, designing, and delivering learning interventions
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 3/360
