Administrator – Employee Service Centre

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in the Employee Service Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing super-user systems support and service delivery to HR and employees across all MTN ZA Legal Entities.
Key duties include administering employee benefits, supporting audit and compliance requests, and ensuring accurate employee data updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tactical Implementation
- Support in ensuring employee and HR data accuracy.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the ESC department.
- Collaborate with various HR departments to identify data and workflow enhancements.
Database Administration and Compliance
- Maintain and ensure data integrity and accuracy of payroll-based employee records on the HCM Cloud.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for data capture.
- Assist with data and compliance audit requests.
- Manage payroll-based employee files on HCM Documents of Record.
Benefits Administration
- Maintain, update, and capture employee benefits on HCM Cloud accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with benefits providers for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of benefit documents.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of benefit processing.
Payroll Processing, Updating, and Reconciliation
- Administer payroll elements on HCM Cloud for monthly processing.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of payroll-related documents.
- Support monthly payroll reconciliation.
- Liaise with the Payroll team for accurate monthly payments.
Support and Customer Service
- Monitor and address ServiceNow tickets and requests via HCM Cloud daily.
- Provide support to HR Administration on data and HCM Cloud systems queries.
Governance, Policies, and Procedures
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving escalations impacting service delivery.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues affecting resources, cost, and productivity.
- Stay updated on regulatory and technological environments affecting business continuity.
People & Culture Management
- Foster healthy employee relations and collaborative teamwork.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for the HR team, embodying company values.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and brand image.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirement: Matric Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience including:
- HR Administration
- Data Capturing
- HR Cloud systems experience, HCM Cloud advantageous
- Understanding of HR workflow, policies, and processes
- Basic level proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of HR data entities and data relationships.
