Job Description:
Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased
– Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times
– Proactively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to achieve clubcard participation targets
– Make customers aware of promotions to positively affect sales and ensure customers “feel good and pay less”
– Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering a friendly and professional service
– Efficiently execute and maintain all merchandising and general housekeeping duties according to store and visual merchandise standards
– Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Assistant to join our team at Clicks Sophia Town.
As a Wellness Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by offering knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplementation.
Your key responsibilities will include consulting with customers, driving healthcare sales, managing stock, preventing wastage and stock losses, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and assisting in product merchandising.
Minimum Requirements:
– Basic health, fitness, and supplements product knowledge
– Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management)
