Auto Pedigree, a leading supplier of quality used vehicles, is seeking a reliable Driver/Cleaner to join our N1 City branch.
As a Driver/Cleaner, you will provide an effective transport service, deliver and collect goods, vehicles, and customers, and maintain the cleanliness of our premises.

Responsibilities:
– Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to high standards
– Conduct vehicle quality control and report any issues
– Refuel vehicles, check tyre pressure, and oil/water/other fluids
– Deliver vehicles to customers and other branches
– Deliver and fetch documentation from banks, suppliers, and customers
– Maintain premises cleanliness
– Uphold company integrity by behaving ethically and safeguarding assets
Qualifications and Experience:
– 2+ years of relevant experience
– Grade 12 qualification
– Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old)
– Basic computer literacy
– Fluency in English and another language
– Ability to read maps

Auto Pedigree, a leading car retail sales company, is seeking a skilled Call Centre Agent: Mobile Sales to join our Western Cape team.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will identify customer needs, match them with our services, drive business growth, and build relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
– Handle calls, manage customer situations, and respond to feedback
– Analyze situations, develop logical solutions, and resolve problems efficiently
– Update the Lead Management System, record activities, and maintain email correspondence
– Provide excellent customer service, promote brand awareness, and participate in sales meetings and training
– Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
– 2+ years of relevant experience
– Grade 12/Senior Certificate qualification
