Job Description:
Tiger Brands, Africa’s largest FMCG manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer service expectations and ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
The role entails business engagements, stakeholder relationship management, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
– Administer service management best practices and processes
– Support Service Management Lead in ensuring agreed services meet requirements and user expectations
– Develop and enhance stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
– Provide a uniform approach to customer feedback handling and resolution
– Attend Change Control Advisory Board (CAB) and manage SLAs
– Provide reporting on service levels and KPIs
– Adhere to and suggest improvements to SLAs, OLA’s, policies, and procedures
– Participate in internal service review meetings and monitor response times
– Evaluate user satisfaction levels and make recommendations for improvement
– Take ownership of problem reports and ensure proactive closure
– Advise employees on improving work procedures

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in South Africa. As a Fitter, you will ensure the mechanical operationality of our plant at all times.
Your responsibilities will include planned and predictive maintenance, implementing actions to maintain machinery functionality, scheduling workload, inspecting equipment, testing electrical systems, and replacing defective components.
Responsibilities:
– Implement planned and predictive maintenance actions
– Schedule workload to meet priorities and targets
– Inspect equipment and components to identify hazards and defects
– Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits
– Replace defective components using hand and power tools
– Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain, or repair plant and equipment
– Investigate and analyze equipment modification, improvement, and replacement
– Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment compliance
– Adhere to internal company policies, procedures, and work instructions
– Set up and adjust mechanical working machines and equipment
– Dismantle and repair faulty machines and equipment
– Fit and assemble mechanical parts, tools, or sub-assemblies
– Operate machines to produce parts or tools
– Inspect works prior to commissioning and communicate with the control room/superiors
– Implement activities associated with trouble shooting and fault finding
– Work within a set of systems, principles, and processes by which the company is governed
– Adhere to all company Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
– Matric (Grade 12)
– National Certificate: Mechanical Engineering: Fitting Level 3
– Completed apprenticeship and passed Mechanical Engineering: Fitting Trade Test
– At least 3 years’ experience in a mechanical environment
– Ideal qualifications: National Certificate Mechanical Engineering: Fitting Level 4, at least 5 years’ experience, and computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
