– Ensuring prompt and relevant service on the sales floor and by telephone
– Adhering to customer service standards and promoting products
– Participating in stock takes and minimizing stock loss
– Maximizing sales and protecting company assets
Requirements:
– Matric Certificate
– 6 months retail experience
– Reliable transport for shift work
– Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
– Excellent communication and selling skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
