SAB Breweries is offering an exciting In-Service Traineeship program at our hop farms, where you’ll learn, grow, and contribute to our dynamic team!
As an In-Service Trainee, you’ll:
– Gain practical experience in hop farming and various value chain and service departments
– Develop your skills in PC literacy, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
– Work towards completing your National Diploma in Agricultural Management (or equivalent)
– Learn from experienced professionals and receive guidance and support
– Be part of a diverse and inclusive team that dreams big and serves up new ways to meet life’s moments
Requirements:
– Studying towards a National Diploma in Agricultural Management (or equivalent)
– Complete 12 months in-service program in line with Seta and Academic Institute guidelines
– Willingness to learn, work hard, and take on new challenges
– Passion for growing and agriculture
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work in teams and drive (valid driver’s license)
– Conversational Afrikaans skills (advantageous)
