Job Description:
Europcar, a leading car rental company, is seeking a customer service agent to join their team in Hoedspruit. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with vehicle rentals and returns, and handle customer queries.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer check-out and check-in transactions
– Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations
– Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries
– Perform various admin and general office duties
– Ensure security and quality control of vehicles and company property
– Identify and report expired licenses, service due vehicles, and other issues
– Maintain good housekeeping and general cleanliness standards
– Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of front office/customer service experience
– NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
– Code 8 driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience
– Computer literate
– Willingness to work overtime/shifts/weekends when required
