Job Description:

The Payroll Administrator role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of regional payroll information, managing payroll input and queries, and ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

– Ensure deadlines are met and outputs are timely and accurate
– Manage payroll input and queries, and resolve issues within SLA

– Track and distribute payroll input, and validate correctness of input received
– Ensure pay slips are distributed to all regions, and maintain confidentiality

– Process payroll input, including new engagements, terminations, and promotions
– Ensure correct processing of Christmas Bonus in December
– Submit daily trackers on time to Payroll Controller

Key Competences and Attributes:

– Sound knowledge of relevant legal aspects, such as PAYE
– Ability to liaise effectively, and analytical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

– Good communication and Excel and MS Office skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality, and control and authorize wages and salaries payrolls

Minimum Requirements:

– Grade 12 with 1-3 years of payroll experience
– Detailed knowledge of SAP/HR and payroll policies and procedures

Job Description:

The Packaging Operator role is responsible for safely operating and maintaining packaging equipment and related processes to achieve optimal effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Grade 12, post-matric or equivalent, and experience in the packaging FMCG industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

– Operate equipment and manage associated processes and performance in packaging
– Interpret and implement production plans for shift

– Operate manual and automatic machines on line as per standards
– Ensure process quality and productivity
– Perform administration work such as tracking and monitoring of processes and take action when required

– Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends
– Use OFR’s (as per triggers)
– Contribute towards AB reports as required
– Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Profile:

– Minimum Grade 12
– Post-matric or equivalent (e.g. N4)
– National Diploma or equivalent
– Added advantage: IOB Certificate
– Training: Min 9 months on-the-job training and having completed SKAP within 12 months
– Experience within a Packaging FMCG industry
