Ethekweni Municipality is seeking a skilled and experienced Advertising Contracts Officer to join their Development Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assessing advertising opportunities, facilitating advertising contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and bylaws.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assess advertising opportunities and proposals on Council and private property
– Facilitate advertising contracts and agreements
– Assess advertising applications in priority zones in terms of bylaws
– Liaise with developers, professionals, general public, and organs of government, and other departments on advertising matters
– Investigate advertising objections and appeals
– Maintain filing and database systems
– Provide specialist input and support at special projects, programs, and meetings
