Requirements:

– National Diploma/Degree in relevant field (NQF 6 or higher level)

– Relevant qualifications and experience as specified for each post

Core Functions:

– Supply Chain Management:
– Demand Management, Contract Management, Procurement, and Acquisition
– Control and management of movable government property
– Vehicle fleet management, distribution, and utilization of physical resources
– Facility management, including SAPS buildings and leases

– Human Resource Management:
– Handling and maintaining HRM-related functions

– Leave management, processing, and maintenance of leave registers
– Disciplinary and grievance enquiries, performance enhancement, and skills development
– Recruitment, selection, and termination processes

– Finance Management:
– Budget management and control
– Financial claims, standing advances, and payment allowances
– Record-keeping, service complaints, loss management, and security services
