As a key member of our Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in providing essential administrative support services to both internal and external stakeholders, helping Nedbank achieve its ambitious business goals.
Your Responsibilities: Making an Impact
As an Operations Processing Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of action, ensuring seamless processing of customer requests and applications. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Capturing and processing leads from various sources across different channels.
- Driving sales submissions to completion, contributing directly to revenue increase.
- Facilitating deals across Dealer and Private Sales Channels, providing crucial support to clients and dealers.
- Liaising with clients to update them on the progress of their applications, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Monitoring and verifying task completion, maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.
Your Qualifications and Experience: Setting You Up for Success
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate qualification as a minimum requirement.
- Preferably, a Diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration.
- 0-3 years of experience in Office Administration or 3-5 years of experience in vehicle and asset finance within a banking/dealer environment.
