Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Additional qualifications such as a driver’s license are advantageous
Experience:
- Prior experience in yard, workshop, and office cleaning and maintenance
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Conflict resolution skills
- Effective time management abilities
Knowledge:
- Understanding of cleaning procedures
- Basic knowledge of safety rules and regulations, including OHSA
