Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and safe store environment to minimize losses
- Manage the cash register and uphold store cleanliness
- Work with a team of Dynamos to ensure store efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, promoting sales, and resolving queries
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding what they need
- Assist in stock management and store setup to enhance the shopping experience
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Clear criminal record
- Proficiency in English
- Residing within a 15km radius of the job location
- Computer literacy
- Passion for retail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Integrity and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays
