Job Purpose: Ensure customers visiting the walk-in center receive assistance in alignment with the Batho Pele principles.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Supervise designated customer care center.
  • Provide efficient services for applications, requests, complaints, and queries.
  • Ensure adherence to Batho Pele principles and access to municipality services.
  • Maintain adequate staffing.
  • Safeguard assets and equipment.
  • Supervise subordinate staff.
  • Assist Senior Customer Care in budget preparation, meetings, and inter-departmental liaison.

Essential Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Administrative Certificate.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3 years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration.
  • 4 years relevant experience.

Physical Requirements: Capable of fulfilling job duties.
