Requirements:
- Grade 10 or equivalent qualification with 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid code 10 (C1)/ (EB) driver’s license and valid PDP.
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and writing with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and on public holidays.
- Ability to operate a tractor.
Duties:
- Execute authorized transportation trips.
- Perform vehicle inspections before driving.
- Report vehicle defects immediately.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Acts.
- Provide professional assistance and guidance.
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of government vehicles.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and PDP.
- Keep state vehicles clean and tidy.
- Knowledge of transport policies and Government Fleet.
