  • 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments OR a relevant tertiary qualification. Ideal:
  • Over 1 year of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
  • Proven track record in sales and client interaction.



  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational. Ideal:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar field.
  • Certification in Finance or Banking.



  • Basic calculations.
  • Understanding of retail/consumer service. Ideal:
  • Familiarity with Capitec Bank products.
  • Knowledge of internal business processes and policies, including Branch Credit Granting Policy principles.


  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
