Purpose Statement:

We are seeking individuals to warmly welcome clients, manage branch queues efficiently, deliver outstanding client service, assist with ATM transactions, and handle remote or self-service channels. Through these tasks, you’ll develop the knowledge, skills, and experience essential for service consulting.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate; no prior experience necessary.
Ideal: Some client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Qualifications:

Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments; familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Knowledge Requirements:

Minimum: Basic calculations; interpersonal skills; ambition and eagerness to learn.
Ideal: Understanding of bank branch operations; knowledge of Capitec Bank’s products and internal processes.
Skills Needed:

Communication skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Interpersonal and relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:

Clear criminal and credit record
Must have fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
