Purpose Statement:

Experience:
Minimum:
3 to 6 months of previous client service experience in retail, financial, or banking sectors. Alternatively, candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications will be considered.
Ideal:
Over 1 year of client service experience in retail, financial, or banking sectors.
Proven track record of engagement in sales and client-facing roles.
Qualifications (Minimum):
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):
Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar.
Certification in Finance or Banking.
Knowledge:
Minimum:
Understanding of basic calculations.
Familiarity with retail/consumer service environments.
Ideal:
Knowledge of Capitec Bank Products.
Understanding of internal business processes and procedures.
Familiarity with Organisational Policies, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP).

Skills:
Communication Skills.
