<p>Tracker Connect, a leading IT and internet company, is offering an exceptional opportunity for 25 young individuals to embark on a Call Centre Learnership NQF Level 4.</p>
<p>This fixed-term contract, based in Johannesburg, aims to equip unemployed youth with the skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding customer service.</p>
<p><strong>Learnership Overview</strong></p>
<p>This comprehensive learning intervention combines structured unit standard-based learning with practical workplace experience, totaling 132 credits. Upon completion, learners will possess the following competencies:</p>
<p>&#8211; Single-call resolution skills<br />
&#8211; Data capturing and updating<br />
&#8211; Maintaining customer service standards in high-pressure environments<br />
&#8211; Product marketing and sales<br />
&#8211; Proactive upselling and cross-selling<br />
&#8211; Invoice management and payment allocation<br />
&#8211; Electronic communication handling<br />
&#8211; Data integrity campaign assistance<br />
&#8211; Contracting, scheduling, and Tracker system understanding</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>To be eligible, applicants must:</p>
<p>&#8211; Be South African citizens with a valid ID<br />
&#8211; Be between 18 and 35 years old with no criminal record<br />
&#8211; Have a Matric certificate with a D/Level 4 symbol pass in English<br />
&#8211; Be currently unemployed and not studying full-time<br />
&#8211; Possess a passion for customer service and a professional attitude<br />
&#8211; Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />
&#8211; Be detail-oriented and willing to learn<br />
&#8211; Be able to cope with a constantly changing and pressurized environment<br />
&#8211; Be willing to work in a multi-skilling environment<br />

<p>The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Consultants, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

<p>&#8211; Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants across all channels</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p>

<p>&#8211; Matric with minimum 3 years of Customer Service and Administration experience</p>
<p>&#8211; Qualification in Customer Service or Administration advantageous</p>
<p>&#8211; Experience in Tracking or GSM-related industry advantageous</p>
<p>&#8211; Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</p>
<p>&#8211; Ability to deal with customers at operational and executive levels</p>
<p>&#8211; Implementation of strategy experience</p>
<p>&#8211; Good communication skills</p>
