Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious QA Trainee to join our team on an 18-24 month programme.

The successful candidate will acquire QA skills and experience, familiarize themselves with our philosophies, and contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Apply quality assurance practices within a specific functional area
– Diagnose systemic and situational problems

– Interface with other brewery disciplines to meet objectives
– Communicate practices and solutions to the team
– Participate in QA team structures

Requirements:

– B. Tech/BSc in a relevant field of study
– 2 years of quality control experience in an FMCG environment (advantageous)
– Demonstrable problem-solving skills
– Excellent self-management practices
– Proactive, energetic, and committed

– High tolerance for stress and managing operational realities
