The DynamX Logistics Traineeship is a highly competitive program designed to nurture and develop graduates by enhancing their functional and technical capabilities within the Logistics department, focusing on Warehouse, Inventory, and Distribution operations. The program offers:

1. Incremental Fixed Term Contracts: The program spans 24 months and is structured through incremental fixed-term contracts, allowing trainees to gain comprehensive experience and expertise in various facets of logistics operations.
2. Robust Evaluations: Trainees undergo rigorous evaluations to determine their progression within the program. These evaluations ensure continuous growth and development throughout the 24-month duration.
3. Rotational Cycles: The program follows a 6-month rotational cycle, enabling trainees to gain cross-functional work experience in different teams within the logistics function. This approach fosters a holistic understanding of the entire logistics ecosystem.

Profile:

To qualify for the DynamX Logistics Traineeship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in relevant areas such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Work Experience: No more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date. (Internship, vacation work, short-duration contracts do not apply)
• Degree Completion: Completion of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution within the requisite timeframe.
• Legal Authorization: Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in South Africa.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

• Geographical Mobility: Candidates must be willing to relocate within South Africa, with positions available in various locations including Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, and Port Shepstone.
