About the Role
Are you enthusiastic, hardworking, and ready to be part of a dynamic team? PEP is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant for our Giyani branch, offering a flexible schedule of up to 27 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimize stock loss through adherence to security measures and handling cash and stock with care.
• Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in store operations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with fellow Dynamos to maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
• Enhance sales through outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, managing stock, and implementing promotions effectively.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Matric qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• A clear criminal record.

Preferences
While not mandatory, the following criteria are advantageous:

• South African citizenship.
• Experience as a Sales Assistant or Cashier.
• Residence within 15km of the job location.
• Computer literacy.
• A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work retail hours and during peak periods.
