To succeed in this role, you will need:

– A Matric certificate
– First Aid Certificate Level 1 (advantageous)
– At least 1 year of childcare experience
– Practical completion of hours to be certified as a directress

– Technical competencies in health and safety, nutrition, administration, and PC knowledge

– Behavioral competencies in problem-solving, results orientation, attention to detail, time management, planning, and organizing, resilience, ideas generation, relationship building, and persuading and influencing
