Position Overview

As a Porter at Life The Glynnwood Hospital, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at supporting the efficient functioning of the hospital.

Your critical outputs will include greeting and guiding patients and visitors, transporting patients within the hospital, delivering items around the hospital complex, ensuring quality patient care, and performing general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a Grade 12 qualification and be presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in the service or hotel industry would be advantageous, along with the ability to lift objects weighing more than 15 kgs. Additionally, experience in customer service or dealing with customers is desirable, and you must be willing to work shifts according to the hospital’s operational requirements.
