FNB Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Client Experience Manager to join their team in Maseru, Lesotho. As a Client Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in understanding customer needs and expectations, developing strategies to create customer loyalty, and increasing share of wallet and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet and customer satisfaction
– Demonstrate innovation by applying continuous improvement of best practices, fine-tuning systems, and optimizing resources

– Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within the business and/or across the FirstRand Group
– Actively coach team members through providing advice on subject matter, solutions, principles, and processes, and personal progression

– Deliver change initiatives to support opportunities to improve customer experience
– Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience

Requirements:

– Relevant degree or equivalent
– Proven experience in a similar role
– Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
– Excellent leadership and coaching skills
– Ability to think innovatively and strategically

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
