Executive Mayor Cllr. Sipho Radhebe invites applications for the 2024 academic year, extending a comprehensive bursary to Grade 12 students in Emfuleni Municipality. This opportunity covers various fields, including Commerce, Law, Technical skills (e.g., Electrical, Civil/Chemical Engineering), Human and Social Sciences, Science and Technology.

The bursary encompasses registration fees, tuition, study materials, accommodation, and meals. Eligible candidates must meet specific criteria, including passing Grade 12 with a minimum 60% average, residency within Emfuleni, and preference for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Families on the indigent database receive priority, and the combined income of the applicant’s household should not exceed R350,000 annually.
