Position Details:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurate numerical sorting and filing of patients’ files and documentation.
• Drawing files for various departments.
• File tracking and checking patient movement history on the SAP system.
• Efficient handling of queries.
• Daily file checks for accuracy and removal of inactive files following policy guidelines.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Grade 12 with computer literacy and numerical skills.
• Willingness to rotate and act as a reliever.
• Background in registry work is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and physically.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with good health for physical tasks.
