<p>The Department of Roads and Transport is seeking 12 dedicated individuals to fill the position of Cleaner &#8211; Auxiliary Services.</p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<p>&#8211; Provide cleaning services throughout offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms<br />
&#8211; Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy, including washing dishes and utensils<br />
&#8211; Empty, wash, and clean waste bins<br />
&#8211; Report broken cleaning machines and equipment<br />
&#8211; Replace toilet papers, hand towels, and fresheners</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p>
<p>&#8211; ABET Level or equivalent qualification<br />
&#8211; No previous experience required<br />
&#8211; Good communication skills (verbal and written)<br />
&#8211; Ability to work under pressure and in a team<br />

<p>This fixed-term contract, based in Johannesburg, aims to equip unemployed youth with the skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding customer service.</p>
<p><strong>Learnership Overview</strong></p>
<p>This comprehensive learning intervention combines structured unit standard-based learning with practical workplace experience, totaling 132 credits. Upon completion, learners will possess the following competencies:</p>

&#8211; Data capturing and updating<br />
&#8211; Maintaining customer service standards in high-pressure environments<br />

<p>The successful candidate will supervise direct reports and ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate records, and high customer satisfaction.</p>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong>:</p>
<p>&#8211; Grade 12<br />
&#8211; Inventory and warehouse experience (minimum 5 years)<br />
&#8211; Microsoft Office experience (essential)<br />
&#8211; Advanced Excel and SAP ERP skills<br />
&#8211; K53 driver&#8217;s license<br />
