We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Bank Better Champions.

The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, and providing excellent client service. They will also assist clients at the ATM and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels.

Requirements:

– Grade 12 National Certificate (minimum)
– No experience required, but client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment is ideal
– Basic calculations skills
– Ability to engage with people

– Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes (ideal)
– Communications skills
– Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

– Interpersonal and relationship management skills

Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Service Consultants.

The successful candidates will be responsible for enhancing the lives of our clients by providing excellent client service, fulfilling and exceeding their needs, and using the Global One product offering to support our clients to Bank Better and Live Better.

Requirements:

– 3 to 6 months previous client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment (minimum)
– Relevant tertiary qualification (if no experience)

– Ideal: More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
– Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client-facing environment

– Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (minimum)
– Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar (ideal)
– Certification in Finance or Banking (ideal)
– Knowledge of basic calculations and retail/consumer service environment (minimum)
