RCL Foods is offering a 12-month Baking Learnership program to 5 dynamic and enthusiastic students.

This SETA accredited program includes mentorship, coaching, and practical work experience in the baking process. Successful candidates will receive a formal Qualification endorsed by SAQA.

Purpose:

Develop skills and create employable young professionals in the baking industry

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification with hospitality studies and maths (Lit)

Trainee Miller Internship at RCL Foods

Job Description:

RCL Foods is seeking a Trainee Miller to join their Milling division in Pretoria West.

As a Trainee Miller, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the head miller and Production Manager, performing mill duties, and completing the Trainee Miller Program within the allotted time frame.

You will also ensure the optimization of workforce, machinery, equipment, and the mill, as well as maintain hygiene, health, safety, and pest management of the mill.

_Minimum Requirements:_

– Matric with 70% for Mathematics and ScienceDuties & Responsibilities:

– Adhere to laid down targets in terms of GMF training
– Partake in practical training in the screens room and related areas
– Partake in practical training in the wheat and maize plants

– Adhere to all safety regulations in terms of the OHS Act and Food Safety
– Carry out tasks assigned by the head miller and Production Manager
– Perform Mill duties as per role requirements

– Complete the Trainee Miller Program within the allotted time frame
– Ensure work force, machinery, equipment, and the mill are optimized
– Maintain hygiene, health, safety, and pest management of the Mill
