Your responsibilities will include assisting clients at ATMs, completing transactions on various channels, and gaining valuable experience in service consulting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 National Certificate required.
- Ideal candidates will have some client service experience, preferably in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational.
- Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of basic calculations, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate clarity about their aspirations and a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and processes is advantageous.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Conditions of Employment:
