Position Summary:

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services within the scope of practice and executing day-to-day dispensary administration following the company’s Standard Operating Plans (SOPs). Focus on administering scripts to ensure general dispensing duties with an emphasis on patient satisfaction.

Duties:

Communicate with customers via telephone or other means regarding medication and Healthcare Services.
Accurately capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy center.
Handle queries regarding prescriptions.
Manage patient profiles.
Assist with Chronic authorizations.
Liaise with all other departments.
Fulfill ad hoc requirements as per operational needs.

Knowledge:

Product knowledge (including OTC).
SAPC and relevant legal knowledge.
Sound understanding of the chronic authorization process and procedures.
