Job Description:

Hollywoodbets, a leading brand in the gambling and casino industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Cash Monitoring Team Leader to join their team in Umhlanga, Durban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the Cash Monitoring department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure team members are carrying out their duties and are rostered accordingly
– Order stock for the department as needed
– Ensure the CMD report is accurate and updated daily

– Ensure team members follow procedures and complete tasks efficiently
– Approve salary advice and bio-time
– Answer mails and queries sent to the department
– Ensure efficient cash movement in the department and branches
– Multitask and motivate team members to have adequate training and knowledge in Hollywood products

Requirements:

– 5 years of administration experience
– Microsoft Office skills
– General management degree or equivalent (advantageous)

Job Description:

Hollywoodbets, a leading brand in the gambling and casino industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Administration Team Lead to join their team in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional administration, performance tracking, reporting, personnel document filing, and stock control of marketing and branding equipment.

Responsibilities:

– Manage admin team and implement day-to-day office tasks
– Maintain office efficiency and implement office systems
– Develop and manage SOPs for related departments
– Check operational requirements and ensure all are in order
– Manage new recruits’ onboarding processes
– Assist with training of newly appointed Administrators
– Manage stock ordering, allocation, maintenance, control, and reporting
– Develop a management structure for correspondence, filing systems, and clerical functions

– Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
– Provide daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting
– Facilitate Order Number requests and ensure timely payments
– Manage payment and contractual schedules across the Marketing department
– Collate and manage timesheets and attendance schedules

– Allocate resources to team members
– Support planning, implementation, and reporting of administrative tasks
– Oversee regional offices and manage petty cash
– Handle adhoc duties as required

Requirements:

– 2-3 years in administrative management role
– People management experience
– Project management experience
– Valid Driver’s License
– Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
– Completed or studying towards a related Diploma or Degree (advantageous)

– Self-starter and pro-active with good organizational skills
– Attendance/punctuality and consistent reliability
