Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to sell products and achieve set targets in compliance with set quality standards.

Requirements:

– 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment
– Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) [NQF Level 04] in Office Administration

Key Responsibilities:

– Adhere to prescribed timekeeping standards
– Align and integrate administrative support tasks and activities
– Accountable for own work quality, standards, and outputs
– Proactively identify problems and apply known solutions
– Plan for task execution and adjust priorities

– Liaise and interact with customers via approved communication channels
– Resolve client queries and escalate problematic queries
– Conduct outbound call centre calls in a professional manner
– Conduct financial needs analysis and generate sales of Liberty products
– Execute activities to ensure customer service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team as a Trustee Liaison.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering claims-related administrative support services and overseeing all administrative management duties. This includes processing claims, resolving queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

– 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment

– Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) [NQF Level 04] in Finance, Economics, and Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Process claims and produce correspondence and documents

– Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases

– Identify and resolve problems

– Plan and prioritize tasks

– Produce reports according to set standards

– Ensure compliance with procedures and policies

– Examine information to make claim settlement determinations

– Resolve claim queries timeously and accurately

– Coordinate insurance processes across departments

– Support and mentor staff

– Review claim submissions and determine eligibility and level of coverage
